The hotel hallways feel sticky and humid!!! The carpets are stained and in need of cleaning!!! The air conditioning units could really use some maintenance to prevent uncomfortable breathing experiences!!!

The Queen room had comfortable beds and was clean, ensuring a restful stay. The location is ideal, with easy access to local attractions and shopping. Unfortunately, the service fell short. the front desk staff were often rude, and our room was not properly cleaned during our stay. The pool area was also in need of attention, as it was dirty with garbage strewn about.

We visited the Visitor Center to check out the cool artifacts and took a guided tour. Later, we hit Busch Gardens for roller coasters and fun shows. Plus, the place was clean, had comfy beds, and the staff was super nice. Can't wait to come back!
